Ladies and Gents, this is BEAR Fitness' second blog post, and it concerns something that all BEAR Fitness clients know all too well. It is an absolute favourite of ours and has recently been tweeted about by one of the teams previous employers (Men's Health). It is, of course, the one and only *drumroll please*.....#BringSallyUp push up challenge!
There isn't much to say about this challenge apart from that if you complete it on your first go then my goodness are you in great shape, and we bow down to your fitness godliness. The shift from a normal press up into an isometric (static) hold is something that is not to be underestimated.
So this is our next challenge for you - give it a go and let us know how you get on. The link is below in the #bringsallyup. If anyone can push past 2 minutes and 15 seconds in the first try we will be very impressed! If press ups aren't your thing then why not try it with sumo squats? One of my clients did and she definitely felt the burn!
