Following on from our at home workout post, we know there is nothing like the Great British summer to get us out into the park. Exercising outdoors gives the body a huge amount of mental and physical benefits.
The weather has taken a turn for the worse this week, but if you can’t quite face leaving the front door and making your way to the gym, a simple at home body weight workout is more than enough! Try the below for a 20 - 30 minute workout.
