I co-founded Bear Fitness in 2015 with the goal of helping my clients to not only achieve their goals but to surpass them. There has always been a focus on educating clients on the process of training and why we are performing each exercise. I pride myself on being able to adapt my training to match any client whilst using scientific theory and an engaging approach to make sessions enjoyable!

Qualifications: 

  • Exercise & Sports Science Degree (BSc)
  • Currently in the process of achieving a Masters from The University of Bath
  • Premier Training Level 4 Diploma Obesity and Diabetes Specialist
  • Premier Training Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
  • Premier Training Diploma in Exercise Referral
  • Postural Assessment
  • Kettlebell Training and Circuit Training
